Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
seeds, chia seeds, dried
beverages, almond milk, unsweetened, shelf stable
honey
vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with lid or mason jar.
Whisk together for one to two minutes or until everything is well incorporated.
Cover and place into refrigerator.
After 3 hours, remove lid and stir briskly so that chia seeds break up into mixture.
Replace cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, mix well.
Top with fruit, if desired.
