Tangy Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, red wine
spices, oregano, dried
spices, basil, dried
seeds, hemp seed, hulled
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
broccoli, raw
carrots, raw
mushrooms, white, raw

Directions:
To make Marinade: Whisk together all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour Marinade into 1-quart canning jar with lid or large resealable plastic bag.
Add all Vegetables, and shake to coat.
Refrigerate 4 hours, or overnight, shaking mixture occasionally.
Enjoy straight out of jar, like pickles.
