DIABETIC LEMON JELLY
1 c. unsweetened juice (any form)
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar alternate
1 tbsp. undeniable gelatin
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Blend lemon juice, sugar alternative, gelatin and cornstarch. Increase fruit juice and stir very well to incorporate. Boil tough for 3 minutes, stirring normally. Can make 1 very low jar. Shop within just fridge.
