Oat Bread (Bread Machine)
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
butter, without salt
honey
butter, without salt
Directions:
Place lukewarm water, yeast, oat flour, bread flour, white whole wheat flour, salt, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and honey in the bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer.
Cook on the setting for a 1 1/2-pound, whole wheat loaf setting.
Brush top of bread with 1 tablespoon butter before slicing.
