Simple Soft, Chewy Bread

Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
salt, table
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and knead well.
The time it takes will vary when using a machine, but it should take about 20 minutes by hand.
Gather it all up and place into a bowl that is lightly greased with oil (not included in the ingredients), cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 40 minutes.
After rising, make rolls in size you like, cut, and roll into balls.
Place on top of a cloth, and finally cover with another cloth to keep from drying out.
Let rest for 15 minutes.
Reshape and re-roll them up, then line them up on a pan lined with parchment paper.
This time I placed them into a large container larger than the pan to keep them from drying out.
It took 35 minutes to rise.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15 minutes, and they're done.
