Burst of Orange Cream of Wheat

wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched

Directions:
Bring the orange juice and salt to a boil in a small nonstick saucepan over high heat.
Add the farina, stirring constantly until its well blended.
Reduce the heat to low.
Simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, for about 2 1/2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar until well combined.
Serve immediately.
