Holland Butter Bars
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
spices, poppy seed
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, and flour throughly and press into a 9x13-inch pan 1/2-inch thick.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in a slow oven (250-275F) until light brown, about an hour.
Cut, while still warm, into small bars.
