Eggless Raisin Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
raisins, seeded
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
sugars, granulated
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
Directions:
In a large saucepan boil the raisins in the water.
Add in butter and let cold.
In the same saucepan, add in remaining ingredients and mix together.
Bake in a 10 x 10 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
You can add in nuts.
