Potato And Sausage Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
pork sausage, link/patty, unprepared
onions, raw
celery, raw
bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
salt, table
parsley, fresh
Directions:
Partly boil potatoes and chop.
Saute/fry sausage till lightly browned, break it up with fork.
Remove from pan.
Add in to pan; onion and celery, and saute/fry for 3 min.
Add in the sausage, potatoes, and bread crumbs, also the salt and parsley.
Mix all well together.
