Southwest Spiced Chickpeas with Cumin and Lime
Ingredients:
chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, raw
oil, canola
spices, cumin seed
lime juice, raw
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees .
Toss the chickpeas with oil and seasoning.
Spread on a large baking sheet and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
