Canadian Indian (Sioux) Fish Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:
onions, raw
potatoes, raw, skin
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
sauce, fish, ready-to-serve
water, bottled, generic
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
parsley, fresh

Directions:
Add in potatoes, onions, salat and pepper to water.
Cook about 10 minutes, till veg are soft, but not completely cooked.
Add in fish and cook 10 minutes.
Add in lowfat milk and light cream, stir and heat 15 minutes longer.
Don't BOIL.
Serve with parsley or possibly chives.
