Barbecued Zucchini 'N Stuffing
Ingredients:
squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
sauce, barbecue
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
butter, without salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place zucchini in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Pour barbecue sauce over zucchini; stir until zucchini is evenly coated.
Sprinkle with the dry stuffing mix.
Drizzle with butter; cover.
Bake 20 min.
or until heated through.
