Skye's Sweet and Salty Popcorn

Ingredients:
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sugars, granulated
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table

Directions:
in a small sauce pan with a tight fitting lid... place the oil and popcorn.
turn the heat on to medium.
while your popcorn is popping... combine your sugar, cinnamon and sea salt in a bowl and stir to mix well.
(you can add other spices such as pumpkin spice or ginger... whatever you like)
when popcorn is done... carefully pour it into the bowl with the sugar mixture.
stir it up to evenly coat your popcorn.
munch happily and enjoy.
