Soyer au Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vanilla ice cream
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
1/4 ounce orange curacao
1/4 ounce brandy
Chilled champagne
Directions:
1. Put vanilla ice cream in a chilled champagne glass.
2. Add maraschino liqueur, curacao, and brandy.
3. Fill with champagne.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
