Pesto-Tossed Cauliflower
Pesto-Tossed Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Water
Pesto
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl; pour water over cauliflower. Cover with plastic wrap; vent.
2. Microwave at HIGH 6 minutes or until done.
3. Drain cauliflower, and return to dish.
4. Add pesto, salt, and pepper; toss well.
5. Cover; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until hot.
