Blueberry Energy Balls
Ingredients:

nuts, cashew nuts, raw
dates, deglet noor
blueberries, raw
Directions:
In a food processor, roughly chop almonds and cashews.
Set aside 1/3 of this mixture.
Add dates and blueberries into the rest of the mixture in the food processor and process until you reach a fine paste.
Turn the mixture into a bowl and add in the remaining chopped nuts.
Portion into round balls.
