Harvest Pumpkin Ball Recipe
Ingredients:
pumpkin, raw
candies, caramels
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
water, bottled, generic
salt, table
Directions:
Combine water, pumpkin pie spice and salt in top of double boiler; mix well.
Add in caramels; heat over warm water, stirring often, till smooth.
Pour mix over popped corn in large bowl; toss till kernels are well coated.
With lightly buttered hands, form into ball.
Use green gumdrop to make stem.
