Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
egg substitute, powder
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
bananas, raw
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oat bran, raw
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
leavening agents, baking soda

Directions:
In seperate bowl, sift all dry ingredients except sugar, and set aside.
Combine sugar and all wet ingredients, mix.
Add dry to wet and mix just until flour mixture is moist.
Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes.
