Daddy's Secret BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
catsup
vinegar, cider
spices, pepper, black
mustard, prepared, yellow
onions, raw
spices, garlic powder
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, brown
salt, table
grapes, red or green (european type, such as thompson seedless), raw
sauce, worcestershire
oil, olive, salad or cooking
alcoholic beverage, distilled, whiskey, 86 proof
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Brown the onions in the oil.
Place all the ingredients in a gallon heavy pot.
Simmer one hour.
If the barbecue sauce is too thick for your taste, add water.
Cool.
Keep refrigerated.
