Teriyaki Pork Roast

Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
spices, garlic powder
spices, ginger, ground
spices, onion powder
mustard, prepared, yellow
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sugars, brown
sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Make sure roast is thawed completely.
Combine all ingredients except roast and stir with a fork.
Add roast and soak in refrigerator overnight.
Place roast in crock pot, add marinade and an additional 1 1/4 cups water.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Slice and enjoy, spooning sauce over slices.
Goes great with Asian noodles and vegetables.
