Crimson Cow Sorbet Slush

Ingredients
11⁄2cups almond, walnut, or cashew milk
3 cups frozen pink grapes, with or without seeds
1 tablespoon uncooked honey, uncooked agave nectar, or maple syrup
1 teaspoon organic vanilla flavoring
2 teaspoons astragalus root powder
Pinch of sea salt

Directions
1. Put the nut milk, grapes, honey, vanilla, astragalus, and salt in a blender and purée until thick and frosty, 30 to 45 seconds.
2. Pour into eyeglasses or insulated mugs. This slush is loaded in organic and natural sugars and fiber, as a result sip fairly gradually and “chew” each individual sip consequently that it digests with benefit.
