Sinfully slushy and utterly enjoyable. No course to move completely wrong with this tangy one.
4 scoops lemon sorbet
2 ounces citrus vodka
2 ounces champagne
1. Put lemon sorbet into a blender.
2. Merge upon very low pace, bit by bit introducing vodka.
3. Include champagne.
4. Add into chilled highball eyeglasses.
5. Top with refreshing mint.
