Mrs. Ewing's Creamy Cocoa
Ingredients:
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Stir together in a saucepan the cocoa, flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add the boiling water and let the mixture boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add the boiling milk, and serve.
(Strain if necessary.
