Special Southern Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
onions, raw
catsup
water, bottled, generic
lemon juice, raw
sugars, granulated
sauce, worcestershire
mustard, prepared, yellow
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Saute onion in oil until soft and clear.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Use for basting when barbecuing or smoking on a charcoal grill.
Makes 3 cups.
