Honey Walnut Shrimp
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
nuts, walnuts, english
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
honey
milk, canned, condensed, sweetened
lemon juice, raw
crustaceans, shrimp, raw (not previously frozen)
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan on high heat, add walnuts and sugar then lower heat to medium for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat.
Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix until smooth put a side.
Heat: 2-3 cups of oil on high heat.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and water in a bowl until smooth.
Rinse raw shrimp and add to mix one by one dropping shrimp into the hot oil for 2 minutes be careful not to overcrowd the pot.
Once the shrimp turns LIGHT BROWN place the cooked shrimp on a dish layered with paper towel to absorb the oil.
Once all shrimp is cooked put in a dish and mix with your cooked walnuts and spread the sauce over the shrimp and gently mix.
