Molasses Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
sugars, granulated
spices, nutmeg, ground
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
molasses
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees G. Grease a 6x10x2 inch pan or possibly baking dish.
Pare and core apples; slice about 1/8 inch thick.
Mix together 1/4 c. sugar, nutmeg, salt and 1/4 tsp.
cinnamon.
Alternate apples and sugar mix in prepared baking dish.
Spoon 4 Tbsp.
molasses over top.
Mix together remaining 1/4 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp.
molasses, 1/4 tsp.
cinnamon, butter and flour to a crumb consistency.
Sprinkle proportionately over apples.
Bake uncovered 50 min or possibly till apples are done.
Serve hot.
