Vegan Peanut Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
sugars, granulated
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
water, bottled, generic
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix completely.
It should be a little doughy, add extra water if you need too.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a loaf pan.
