Fennel, Apple and Salmon Salad

Ingredients:
lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
fennel, bulb, raw
apples, raw, with skin
apples, raw, with skin
grapes, red or green (european type, such as thompson seedless), raw
fish, salmon, atlantic, wild, raw
nuts, pecans
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
honey

Directions:
Toss romaine, leaf lettuce and fennel; place evenly on serving plates
Top each salad with 1/4 cup each Red Gala apples, Granny Smith apples and grapes.
Cover with 1 cup salmon; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
each pecans and onions.
Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
dressing or pour dressing into small pitchers and serve on the side.
