Pork Fried Cakes

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
water, bottled, generic
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
onions, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
Mix flour with water.
Knead until smooth.
Roll out into 1/4 inch thick and cut into circles.
Mix meat with seasonings.
Place 1 tbsp in the center and fold upwards.
Fry on a skillet with oil.
Serve immediately.
