Orange Poppy Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
oil, safflower, salad or cooking, high oleic (primary safflower oil of commerce)
soymilk, original and vanilla, unfortified
orange juice, raw
syrup, maple, canadian
sugars, granulated
vanilla extract
seeds, flaxseed
spices, poppy seed
spices, cinnamon, ground
orange juice, raw
Directions:
preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix flax and orange juice, then add the other wet ingredients.
mix both wet and dry together.
spoon into muffin pan lined with cupcake liners or safflower oil.
bake 15-25 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
