Raisin & Yoghurt Loaf
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
raisins, seeded
syrup, maple, canadian
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add syrup and yoghurt, mix thoroughly.
Grease 2 loaf-pans and sprinkle a little flour over the greased pan.
Divide the dough in half and put in pan.
Pat the top slightly otherwise the loaf might split on the top.
Bake in 175 C for 1 hour.
