The Realtor's Chocolate Caramels

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
candies, semisweet chocolate
milk, canned, condensed, sweetened
syrups, corn, light
sugars, brown

Directions:
Grease the inside of an 8x8 inch baking pan, line with parchment paper that over hangs the sides so you can pull it out like it has handles.
Grease the parchment, too.
Put everything in a large heavy bottom saucepan.
Stir with a wooden spoon over medium heat and bring to a boil, letting chocolate melt completely.
Turn heat down to medium-low and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 minutes.
It should boil very gently during this time.
It's very important to stir constantly because it will burn really easy whike cooking.
When it's cooked the candy will be very thick.
Pour it into the prepared pan and set on cooling rack to cool completely- about 2 hours.
Cut into 3/4 inch squares.
