Fluffy Even with Rice Flour! Steamed Bread in a Microwave

Ingredients:
rice flour, white, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
sugars, brown
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Add the ingredients into a bowl, and mix with a whisk.
Add the water, and mix well.
Since it's made with rice flour, the mixture won't get lumpy.
The batter should be thick.
Put into cups, and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600 W.
It's fluffy.
