Bc's Jalapeno Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
peppers, jalapeno, raw
spices, thyme, dried
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Place jelly and thyme in microwavable 2-c. measure.
Microwave uncovered on High 45 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, till jelly is melted; or possibly heat jelly and thyme in 1-qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, till jelly is melted.
Gradually stir in oil, stirring till smooth.
