Pistachio Paste
Ingredients:
nuts, pistachio nuts, raw
sugars, granulated
salt, table
oil, safflower, salad or cooking, high oleic (primary safflower oil of commerce)
Directions:
In a food processor, puree pistachios, sugar, and salt until mixture begins to clump together.
Add oil, and puree until very smooth and pastelike.
