BBQ Pork Steaks
Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
sugars, brown
spices, chili powder
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
spices, pepper, black
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
catsup
molasses
sugars, brown
sauce, worcestershire
vinegar, cider
lemon juice, raw
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and seasoned pork steaks.
Can be season up to 24 hours in advance..
Mix BBQ sauce ingredients and set aside.
(there is no need to pre cook the sauce)
Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
Grilled pork steaks directly over heat for about 10 minutes.
When the juices begin to collect on the top flip over and brush with BBQ sauce.
Continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
Then flip over and brush with the BBQ sauce again.
Cook for another minute or two and removed from the grill.
Allowed to cool a minute or two before serving.
