Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Arrange potatoes in layers in baking pans; sprinkle flour over each layer.
Pour over warm lowfat milk, butter and seasoning.
Fill pans 2/3 full.
