Elaine's Mother's Brisket

Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
catsup
water, bottled, generic
onions, raw
vinegar, distilled
mustard, prepared, yellow
horseradish, prepared
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour in to a large plastic zip lock bag.
Add meat.
Place bag in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Remove meat from marinade.
Sprinkle generously with salt.
Bake at 300 degrees, covered for 2 hours.
Remove meat from pan.
Slice meat against the grain.
Return to pan for 1 more hour.
