Fish Curry
Substances:
1 lb. fish, reduce into parts
1 onion pureed
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tomato, pureed
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Strategy:
Warm oil in just a non-adhere frying pan and fry the onions, ginger and garlic, with each other with cumin and
coriander powders for 5 minutes. Incorporate tomato, fish, turmeric and chilli powders and salt alongside one another with a cup of lukewarm water and cook upon medium reduced warmth for 20 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
