Melon Aqua Fresca
Ingredients:
Honeydew melon
Water
Lime juice
Sugar
Honey
Ice cubes
Directions:
1. Puree all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender, in 2 batches, until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
2. Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve.
