Sesame Chicken Satays with Peanut Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pour 3 Tbsp.
of the dressing and the soy sauce into large resealable plastic bag.
Add chicken.
Seal bag; turn to evenly coat chicken with dressing mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Thread chicken evenly onto 16 wooden skewers; place on foil- or parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
Bake 12 min.
or until chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing with the peanut butter and water.
Serve as a dip with the chicken.
