Faux Clotted Cream

Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
cheese, parmesan, hard
sugars, granulated

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the blender.
Mix on low for 1015 seconds, then on medium for 1015 seconds.
Scrape down the sides, and then mix on high for 45 seconds or more until soft peaks are formed.
Be careful not to over-beat as it will return to a liquid and lose its viscosity.
This indulgent whipped cream can also use a teaspoon of vanilla, bourbon or your favorite liquor to take it to the next level and pair with your favorite dessert!
