Hungarian cheesy bacon noodles
Ingredients:
bacon, meatless
egg substitute, powder
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
Directions:
if your not a fan of cottage cheese don't worry, it doesn't taste like it, it's like gourmet mac and cheese with bacon
cut bacon against grain to make small bite size bacon pieces
in large pot boil water and cook noodles per package direction, drain water
fry bacon, stirring often till crispy.
drain 80% of grease (save 20% of grease to add to noodles)
add everything together including the 20% grease, stir well
salt if need.
