Vegetable Kofta
Elements :
Potatoes - 6 large nos. Carrots - 3 cups (sliced) Onions - 3 nos. (sliced finely) Garlic - 1 cloves (beaten)
Ginger - 1 inch piece (chopped)
Cinnamon pwd, Cloves pwd, turmeric pwd. - 1 tsp. each individual
Tomatoes - 2 nos. (pureed) Chilli pwd. - 1/4 tsp.
Salt and Black pepper
Flour for coating, Oil for deep frying
For Garnishing - 4 tbsp. thick product and chopped contemporary corriander leaves.
Procedure :
1. Cook the potatoes and carrots and mash them up. Incorporate salt and pepper to flavor. E-book the vegetable stock.
2. Sort the mix into very little balls, coat with flour and deep fry in just sizzling oil until golden brown.
3. Maintain it apart. Fry onions within just oil until finally golden brown. Include ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric and a small water.
4. Cook for 2 mins. Incorporate the tomato puree and simmer right up until it types a thick sauce.
5. Then include the stock, pepper, salt and chilli pwd and convey to boil.
6. House the cooked koftas within the sauce and simmer for some period. Insert the product specifically prior to serving and garnish with corriander leaves.
