Caramel Sauce for Crepes
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
sugars, brown
salt, table
vanilla extract
Directions:
In a small saucepan, whisk the flour and milk.
Add the remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
When thickened, remove from heat and serve with pancakes, waffles, or crepes.
