Green-Olive Couscous
Ingredients:
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
couscous, dry
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
spices, thyme, dried
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
Remove pan from heat; stir in oil, salt, and pepper.
Stir in couscous, olives, and thyme; cover and let stand 5 minutes, or until couscous is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Fluff couscous with a fork.
