5-ingredient Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles
Ingredients:
nuts, almonds
pretzels, soft, unsalted
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
vanilla extract
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Add almonds into a food processor and pulse until ground.
Add them into a medium bowl.
Add pretzels into the same food processor and pulse until ground.
Add them into the bowl with almonds.
Stir peanut butter and vanilla extract into the almond and pretzel mixture.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
Take bowl out of the refrigerator and roll the mixture into 8 balls.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour or until set.
Roll the balls in the melted chocolate.
Place them back in the freezer until set.
This takes about 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up a week or a couple months in the freezer.
