Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pretzel Truffles
Ingredients:
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pretzels
Peanut butter
Oats
Directions:
1. Heat chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl for 60 seconds, stopping every 20 seconds to stir. Remove from the microwave and stir with a spatula until all chips are melted.
2. Add chopped pretzels to chocolate bowl and cover entirely.
3. Add the peanut butter to chocolate-pretzel mixture and stir together.
4. Fold in rolled oats, stirring mixture together until all ingredients are combined.
5. With a spoon, round off 20 truffles and place on a freezable pan (I lined mine with wax paper to avoid sticking). Let freeze for an hour before serving.
