Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pretzel Truffles
Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
pretzels, soft, unsalted
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt

Directions:
Heat chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl for 60 seconds, stopping every 20 seconds to stir.
Remove from the microwave and stir with a spatula until all chips are melted.
Add chopped pretzels to chocolate bowl and cover entirely.
Add the peanut butter to chocolate-pretzel mixture and stir together.
Fold in rolled oats, stirring mixture together until all ingredients are combined.
With a spoon, round off 20 truffles and place on a freezable pan (I lined mine with wax paper to avoid sticking).
Let freeze for an hour before serving.
