Easy Peach Crisp (Dairy Free Option)
Ingredients:
peaches, yellow, raw
oats
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
Directions:
Peel and slice peaches into a 9" square or round pan.
You can also use canned or frozen, thawed peach slices.
Combine oatmeal, flour, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg with a pastry blender or fork.
Crumble over peaches.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream (or a dairy-free version).
