Easy Peasy Granola
Ingredients:
oats
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, walnuts, english
wheat germ, crude
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
syrup, maple, canadian
raisins, seeded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250F.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Pour into two pans (preferably with sides!).
Bake for one hour, stirring occasionally.
Halfway through, rotate pans.
When done, cool and add 1 cup raisins.
Store in airtight container and have for breakfast!
You can change up the recipe to be more/less sweet, etc.
Throw in whatever dry ingredient looks good to you.
